Meet Dr. Katie Clark

My path to becoming a psychologist has been unexpected; I stumbled upon it by working with children who needed access to psychological testing. I am now able to support and advocate for clients of all ages as a testing psychologist by providing compassion, empathy and validation. My clients have taught me the value of holding space for them to reflect upon their situations which assists with their ability to make the changes they are seeking. I have earned a Bachelor of Art in Fine Art and Psychology from Chester College of New England, a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Springfield College and a Doctorate of School and Clinical Psychology from Rivier University. I completed doctoral internships at two locations: Goodwill NeuroRehab in Scarborough, Maine and at LUK, INC in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. My dissertation entitled Children's Depressive Symptoms and Physical Activity is available online.
