CPAS does not accept health insurance. We are a self-pay assessment company and would be considered out-of-network. However, we will provide you with an invoice formatted to the specifications (e.g., billable codes) insurance carriers require should you decide to submit for potential reimbursement.
2. What Forms of Payment Do We Accept?
CPAS accepts the following payment forms: Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Health Savings Accounts (HSA), and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).
3. What is Our Cancellation Policy?
CPAS requires a minimum of 48 hours advance notice. We charge $200 for intake and feedback sessions and $300 for the assessment sessions.
